A view inside dog’s oesophagus Endoscopy allows our veterinary surgeons to visually examine inside of the oesophagus, stomach, early part of duodenum and the large intestine. It is non-invasive and helps take tissue samples for further diagnosis. Some foreign bodies in the oesophagus and stomach can be retrieved under the visual guidance of endoscopy without requiring surgery.
