Dr. Nicole Lam graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Veterinary Science in 2014. After graduation, she returned to Hong Kong and worked at a specialist referral hospital for seven years, where she collaborated closely with multiple specialists in the management of a wide range of clinical cases. She subsequently practised at a 24-hour emergency referral hospital for four years, further broadening her clinical experience, especially in emergency surgery and urethral surgery.

Dedicated to advancing animal welfare and maintaining a high standard of medical care, Dr. Lam is committed to ongoing professional development. She has been a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist through Chi University since 2019 and obtained the Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) from the University of Liverpool in 2023. In 2026, Dr. Lam joined Soares Avenue Paws and Claws Clinic. She is currently focusing on further development in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and cardiology, with the aim of providing precise and high-quality veterinary care.
